This former convent has been converted into a free-flowing family home that is both restful and practical in the extreme.
Year round indoor/outdoor space was of high priority to the family of five. New decking, replete with sunken fire pit and retractable awnings, works for breezy summer nights as well cozy, winter warmth.
The interior has been transformed with neutral timbers, new cabinetry and a palette of
monochromatic greys and with accents of blue.
“Functionality was absolutely key for us. The house was dark, depressing and disjointed. It is now filled with light and the flow from space to space is logical and functional.
We love it.”
